Our Work
We support leaders and organizations in creating inclusive and culturally responsive environments. Our services include professional development, facilitation, and consultation.
We do this by:
Building bridges between communities and organizations
Centering the unique needs of Micronesian and Black communities
Elevating and telling stories of individuals and communities
Underpinnings:
Recognition that climate change and limited economic opportunity will continue to encourage migration to the U.S. from Compact of Free Association (COFA) nations
Commitment to sustainable and strategic actions
Community leadership, input, and involvement
Commitment to anti-racism and LGBTQ+ inclusion
